Hi everyone!
I just wanted to let everyone know that I've just started a production diary on a very short piece of animation entitled "Don't Matchsticks With Play" I'm doing specifically for the 3d community. I want to use the project as an example of my approach to short film production so I'm planning on writing a lot as I go. I'm also going to post all relevant scene files including the 3d animatic, character model, set models, textures, animation, ect as well so every one can open them up in the comfort of their homes and see my progress. As I’m also using it as a test bed for a lot of stuff I plan to use for my next short “Calicad”, so I’m going to try some tricky things, albeit on a small scale, so it should be fun!
