O.k,

which one is better:

---------------------------------------------------------------------
1- Dual Core Intel® Xeon® Processor 5160 3.00GHz, 4MB L2,1333.

Or

2- Dual Core Intel® Xeon® Processor 5060 3.20GHz, 2 X 2MB L2,1066.
---------------------------------------------------------------------

and is the difference between them worth the price thanks.

The 5160 is much better than the 5060. I wouldn't bother with the 5060.

If you need to save cash, shoot for an AMD based machine, but, if you can afford it, the 5160 is the fastest of the three you could by.
