hey this one is really neat. great texturing.

the only thing I can comment on is the light, it's something wrong with it, wrong is not the right word for it, but something is missing to get the realistic look. I'm no expert in lightning so I can't tell what to do really.

otherwise, really nice!

PS: what software?

Looks great man. Put a car in there somewhere :D

BTW Did you render it with Global Illumination/Radiosity or with normal lighting ? If not, perhaps you should try it. See what comes out.

Thanks guys for your comments. I used LW 7.0 for the rendering. I know the Lighting is basic but It's still W.I.P, I specially worked on textures.

I love it, and I wouldn't change the lighting too much. Unless you really want photo-real.. I can tell you right now though I like that more than any photo of a garage... So basicaly I like it the way it is.

I think it's excellent.

The only thing I can see is the texture on those things between the columns repeating.

Very nice work. The cool blue color is ideal for the cold sterile concrete setting.

I believe the small problem with the lighting is... there are no physical light sources in the scene.

Perhaps a set of flourescent bulbs on the ceiling will do the trick; to my knowledge flourescent gives a more bluish hue than standard incandescent bulb so that will suit the conditions well.

Nice!
2 things : the doors and the ''level" writen on the wall...these 2 elements gives us a hint that this is 3D.
Otherwise, kick ass work!

tres bien.

I love parking garages. I have figured out why, so don't ask.
Where did you get the textures? You didn't do anything crazy like hand paint them did you?

awesome realism. Love the dumpsters too.

I looked over the lighting, since there seemed to be questions, and realized that from the the camera view, you don't actually see the lightsources.

The textures are great!

It looks very real. However, I almost liked the first picture more than the second. It looked like it was late at night and everybody had gone home. It all depends on what you where going for.

The only thing that stuck out for me as to not being real is that "Level 1" sign on the wall. It looks a little bit pixilated, it might just be the compression. Other than that, everything looks real.

Hi guys ....

For the moment I must leave this work in background because I'm working on other stuff, but d'ont worry I'll make the update soon .

Maybe one of you can try to put a car in ;)

The last render time was 40 min in Enhance low with a dual PIII 800 and 750 Mb .

Good work everyon .

i can't believe that it took me until the second page (and someone pointing it out [dukestreet]) that the actual light objects are missing... we can infer where they are from the light they give, but there's nothing physical producing that light yet.

great work.
i, like so_hi, love parking garages, and this one is awesome.
keep it up.
