I think you've captured the reflections of the jacket pretty well. The illustration as a whole lacks enough contrast to make it interesting though.

Also, I can see a few problems with her face that look really wierd. The nose seems off perspective and eyes seem to be of two different sizes. The jaw looks odd too, but I can't determine what exactly is wrong there.
