Hey,
Someone told me if I draw stickmen first, my anatomy would be better.
I've got a really noob question, but, how to draw a stickman? (lenghts, etc.)

DragonRecon,

I suggest trying out some of the exercises here: :)

Beginners' Lounge (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=199&t=297229)

There are some good articles at the beginning of the thread on Gesture Drawing, as well as exercises to get you started. Have you ever taken a life drawing class, or do you have access to one?

Cheers,

no I never had a drawing class, may I will take one in the future,
cause I really like to draw, but most times I have no inspiration cause I can't draw well.\
thanks for the link to the "Beginners' Lounge (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=199&t=297229)" later this week I will take some time for it ;)

Sounds good. :) You are also welcome, when you feel ready, to open a Personal Sketchbook:

Personal Anatomy & Sketchbook Threads (http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=200)
http://forums.cgsociety.org/forumdisplay.php?f=200

There are people there of all levels, and many who would be willing to help you out and give advice once you got started. :)

You're welcome. :) That's what the forum's here for - and there are lots of people who have gone from noob to quite proficient in a short time. The key ingredient is committment and practice - apart from that, there's really no secret. Looking forward to your progress. :)
