looks amazing so far, Keep at'er, i cant wait to see these assets start to come together. high res meshes look nice and crisp.
Cheers and good luck with the internship!

Nicely detailed. If this is for an internship there's a few things you might consider reworking. The ears should probably be redone with a better reference. His neck is a little on the thick side. It also looks like you added a new neck muscle. Here's a shot (http://www.rwc.uc.edu/ap/headshL2.jpg) of the underlying muscle structure. The head shape right now is like a very smooth egg. He needs a proper skull all the way around, but that probably won't matter too much once you add hair. I don't believe the wrinkles on his forehead are curved correctly.
I think the costume design rocks, and is modeled quite well. Nice work and good luck.

Looking good so far. The only other thing i could pick up was that the middle finger tip on the hand model looks like its been in a waffle iron. The little finger looks a little too long as does the thumb. Keep it up! = )

thakns guys, good crits did not notice alot of them. ill change them the best i can:) i have a question concerning the technical side of normal mapping. i layed out my uvs after i scultpted it. now zbrush wont let me generate unless i use guv tiles which i heard is bad to use. so when i get back into maya the normal map looks like the uvs were auto mapped although in my texture editor there totally fine. i dont get it. suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
