Hey,
I'm based in Leeds at the moment, working on an animated short "In The Dead Of Night" (http://www.inthedeadofnight.com) .. I specialise in Modeling and texturing the environments with experience in characters as well..
I'd love to get into this industry... and i know it can be a bit of a 'catch22' so are you willing to hire talented Graduates, with little to no commercial experience?

Also are you looking for people nationwide.. and can i ask what is your main SW package?

NICE movie. Really dug the scene with all the zombies looking over head....pretty creepy. Only crit I noticed has nothing to do with the modeling, texturing or animation...actually just with the sound. It seems to be peaking all over the place on my speakers...perhaps it was just the Quicktime compression but I'd suggest testing it on multiple machines to make sure its ok. I'm a bit of a sound dork so if you have any questions/concerns send them my way.
I seriously cannot wait to see the final film...looks like a definite hall of famer!
