View Full Version : Maya irc channel?
Mr.FeelNothing 02-21-2003, 11:18 AM I know about the #cgtalk irc channel and I do idle in there. I'm just wondering if there's any maya specific irc channels out there that the pro maya users idle in. The Maya channels that I've found (#maya and #maya4) on irc.freenode.net only had one person in them when I went. Thx in advance. :)

Just use mirc and choose whatever server you like from the connect menu - you don't need to know the full adress.

Depends the day. Many professionals that work on game and film visualfx do hang out on there. Just that not everyone is on at the same time because of companies being in different parts of the world and people have different sleep scheduals.
