HI ray :)
Here is some C&C fom me:)
First, when you build a model, just like this one, you need to know how it will move in the future, how you will animate it. Hire i can see some areas that will couse you a lot of problem if you like to animate them (like arms, all joints can move only in one axis...),but i think this is why we need some good concept art before modeling :)
Other think is that lower patr of robot does not match upper part, it's in different style (to small, to delicate) - but this is just my subiective opinion.
And last thing - textures, they are most important thing, make some good, realistic textures for him. When you make good textures, even bad model will look ok, ofcourse, if you do "cheap" textures, even col model will look bad...
Colors changes the way we percept very much.
That's all for now :)

I agree with Viollus, especiall on the bottom not matching the top. The top half is nice and smooth, no angles. But the bottom half is all planes and angles. If I were you, I'd put a smoother, sleeker covering over those treads.

If I were you, I'd start by removing that elbow bar that limits the arm movement.

heh nah im only going to change the part that conect the whole arm and the body that limits the movement of the arms the most as far as everything else it will work , (or it works in my mind at least ):surprised
