Hello everybody;
i'm rendering the interior for a club; in the hallway there are several led light fixtures
behind dark glass panels that should resemble a large equalizer. Therefor i've added
some glow to the shader i used for these fixtures. all well but through the glass panels of the staircase this glow vanishes.. in a render from a different angle the glow also disappears in a reflection. i know its probably a simple answer; but why does this happen
and how do i solve it. to make it less evident i've aplied some refraction blur to the panels.

any other comments are welcome too!

thanx and kind regards

Steef

The glow is a post process that gets applied on top of the render. Since the glowing objects are behind glass, it doesn't apply the glow through the transparent surface.

You're probably only going to get what you want by rendering seperate passes and comping it in post.

Good luck!
