View Full Version : Short-cuts for rulers. How to take them off
HellBoy 01-17-2007, 07:25 AM Hi guys
forgive my dumbness, but how can I turn all my rulers off without the need of dragging them back to the ruler bar?
For example, if you have 10 ruler lines in your screen, is there a faster way to turn them off without dragging them back to its bar, preferably shortcut
cheers

Yes, there is. 2 ways actually, depending on what you want the final result to be.
First way: ctrl+; (windows) will hide the rulers, again will bring them back.
Second way: go to View>Clear Guides. This will clear them forever. I assume you can set a hotkey combo for that one also, I know you can with CS2, however I am not overly familiar with earlier versions.
