Somehow, half the fonts on my interface changed. My timeslider fonts are now half the height so its very hard to read, my fcheck player font (the time and frame numbers at the top of fheck) is barely readable, and in each camera view where it displays the camera name, its also very short and tiny and hard to read.

Does anyone know what could have cauesd this and how to fix it without changing my monitors resolution? Seems weird that only these fonts changed but my other interface fonts (main menu, panel menu, att editor) are still the same...

Any response or ideas are appreciated,

Sounds more like an OS related problem than Maya related (even if you see that only on Maya). Sometimes just restarting the computer will fix things. Otherwise, try to set at the default settings all display and/or appearance settings in your OS.

Hope that helps :)

Yeah I thought it might be that too, but i put my settings back to default AND reinstalled Maya. This didn't help.. it must be something messed up in my prefs folder, because i kept those after reinstalling maya. No sense in redoing all my prefs because my font is small, I'll just squint when it comes down to rendertime.. oh well thanks for the reply

Hey Tom,

To see if it is the prefs, move the folder to a safe place, make sure they are gone where Maya expects them, and see if all is well again. Then maybe you can restore them one by one and see which one is the culprit.

About your display problem, it could be your opengl driver that disturd...
What graphics card have you got and what drivers ?
The last nvidia drivers sucks, i advise to use the 30.82 (if you have nv card for sure :) )

hey flamedevil I just figured it out last night before your post.. you're right though, the other day I bumped my opengl quality up the maximum quality, and for some reason that changed my fonts a little. I thought of it when I installed 3dsmax last night and noticed that max's camera views were the same tiny annoying font. Thanks everyone for your responses!
