MacOS X most of the time, OS 9 when working with sound (haven't found the right sound-editing program for OS X yet and soundedit is a bugger when running in classic mode)

OS9 is worthless!!!! for serious 3D work as it has NO ability to multitask two
processes or protect memory.

flingster: I have to admit I'm only a hobbyist when it comes ot linux becasue I haven't the time to properly learn my way arround it (infact I've probably learnt more of the command line from MSYS than linux itself), I'd probably use it more if my modem was compatible with it :(
As for lack of us linux users, well... unfortunaly linux doesn't have much in the way of good 3D app's or ports which means you probably won't find as many users on a 3D forum & at times it's a bit of a pig (IMHO) but there are plenty about (hell there should be with all the distros & sub-distros out there ;))

Well, i gotta say that the new graphic gui seems more kindergarden like... But I love the new start menu, it can really speed up things once you get used to it :)

All of which I don't have :p
But I didn't know that, I was under the impression that a lot of them let linux alone... I stand corrected.
