Some help needed here!!

My displacement in Maya doesn't seem to look like the one done in Zbrush. The amount of detail is VERY less. See the pics, the one on top is Mental Ray.....bottom Zbrush.

Also how do I plug in my texture that was made in Zbrush into my model in Maya????
