CGTalk - Help NeeDed. Plz

Hey Guys I need Some help on A pic that i have. Its a Real pic and i want to put 3D and add shadow to it. But i dont know how to made the shadow of the object be on the pic.

This is wat i mean,

you will have to make some rough (proxy) shapes that approximate the shapes of whats in the picture and place them correctly, put the texture of the picture on them using frontal projection and add a compositing tag onto your objects, switch Compositing Background to on in the tag.

those shapes will be what the shadow is cast onto. then you will need to put some lights in the scene to light your 3d object correctly so it looks like it's really there, and to cast the actual shadows.

to fill in the gaps in teh background between the object you can simply add a "Bakcground Object" and put the image as a texture onto that.
