Hello, heres my first entry here...
I've been trying out Rhino4b, and I must say I really can see myself using it once it goes out. I just couldn't adopt to v3.... 2 was the king.

Anyway, heres my recent model of Nokia N73, it was easy to do it because I have it :D
I've also made a walk-through/making of/tutorial video, thats pretty big and self explainatory, but I'm thinking of adding audio comments and pack it with extras like "exporting, texturing and rendering in 3dsmax", as well as rhino and max files, and all reference images...
Still can't decide whether or not charge for such DVD...

C&C welcome:

the modeling looks good from my angle - although I can't be sure, because I don't know this mobile phone *g*
the materials look a bit odd - not shiny enough and not like plastic - but again, I don't know the original - but for sure you need some decals for the buttons ;P

Hey thanks for the comment, I know everything you stated, and I don't think I'll play more with materials. Actually the mobile have that red plastic act like metallic. It supposed to have little white dots on it... And also, it should be little darker.
As for the decals, I guess they really wreck the whole image :D

No C or C atm but post wires and or a zebra view and if you want I can give you C & C then.

Atm it looks like a very clean model but the reder is just to simple.

Well you have great modelling skills... I think you should go ahead and make that video tutorial. People could learn allot from watching it :) GJ

Hey, thanks!!!
I already made a tutorial, the problem is its huge... 2Hours of non stop modeling... Maybe I'll shorten it a bit and put commentary, but I believe it is really easy to follow as it is now... But 700MB is hard to share with ppl :D

Smasher could you speed up the video? - 2hrs with no comentary is to much for many to bare. I think you could break it down into chapters with commentary... that would be best, as long as its not overall to draining.

SreckoM there has been plenty of discussion on that here in the rhino forums in the past. Give it a quick search and if you still don't find anything start a new thread and then ask again.
