I am building a lamborghini murcielago, and I posted mine here but no one seems to reply very much to in progress car posts, unless they are amazing.

Maybe it's just me, but the car seems rather narrow, shouldn't it be a bit wider?

I made a model of this for a game a long time ago, and im not at all trying to be brutal or anything, but the model is totally off. Are you modeling from blueprints? They should help you to keep it accurate. I used a DieCast as a reference too, drawing verts and lines on it when i got stuck. I think that was the best kinda reference anyone can ever have.
Ill post a pic of the model i made a while ago, its low poly and everything but it should help you to see where you're going wrong. The biggest beef i have is with the front headlights and the front area in general, it just dosent look right at all. Anyway heres the pic.
BOOM
Just to let you know, IM NOT PLUGGING/SHOWING OFF MY CAR, i want you to take it as a reference, as i've been told its very accurate. If you want me to destroy the pic and burn my hard drive, just say so ok? ;) (on a note, my car is ecessively wide, and ive known for a while, but can't be bothered to fix it now, its way too late!
I think if you sort out the problems it could be a really Awesome car, you've done a good job of modeling so far and i have to admit, it is one of the best i've seen!
Like i said i dont mean to be so brutal but im an absolute Viper headcase, its my all-time fave car since i was a lil kiddy.
On another note, the wheels are awesome ;).
Anyway, keep up the Good Work!!!

I don't think it is necessary to pimp ur car as reference, when you yourself are talkin about proportion problems that you KNOW your's has. Not trying to be mean or anything.
But plague... I think you only have a few noticeable probs, but i won't worry about them now, cuz they'll prolly be fine. One of the mis just materials, but if I were you I would not worry about that until you are least totally finished with the exterior.

I did emphasise in the post i wasn't pimpin my car, just wanted to help the guy out thats all, anyway its gone now like i said it would be if someone mentioned this so... i guess i shoulda just kept my mouth shut and my opinion to myself.
(saw your F-60 incidentally frag, awesome)
The front end of your car tho plague, im sorry to say is just wrong. It sticks out too much, and the lights are much more 'flat' (the bottom curve is not as exaggerated as that) on the actual car, those minor things should take what, the best part of 10 minutes to fix? Pretty much the rest is fine, but compare it to some blueprints like i say, tha'tll sort out allatha proportions ( yeah i knew mine was utterly wrong, i didn't use blueprints enther  .)
You say this is your first post here, please dont be scared off by my bitterness, im new too and i came from a rally bad board where you get your hand bitten off for making something good. Didn't mean to be nasty or anything. Is this your first try at modeling a car? Very good if it is!!
