The final fight between Selin(the girl) and Marcus,Selin stabed Marcus with a part of his wing in his head.

How did they do that?

The thing that she stabed him with is CG?

I would suggest viewing the special features on the dvd. I remember somewhere on there they went through it. And also listen to the audio commantary for additionl info.

A lot of effects where things are stabbing through a person/thing tend to be a combination of both CGI and props. A light saber is a good example as it's fairly obvious which part is CGI and which is not. For other things like say a sword or wing tip, the extension is just more realistically tied to the prop handle.

Again, I didn't work on this or even see it, but my guess is that they extended an actual prop for the clip you describe.
