Hello. I work for a small to mid sized oil and gas company. We have a big conference coming up here in March and they have charged me with coming up with a 3D video presentation. I made one for a open house not too far back

They really liked it but want me to expand on all of the company services. They have allowed me 100 hours for the project. Some of what I need is already modeled, I will need to model some other things. What is the most efficient animation approach (sequential steps to follow) to help me maximize my time? I have already learned not to make a bunch of test renders as they take valuable time. Thank you in advance for your help.

note: they weren't crazy about the song so we had to mute it for the whole open house. :)
