i'm using 3D Max 5 and this has taken just a few days!
any advice/encouragement is welcome

okay, I see these great renders everywhere.. and I gotta ask. how do you make the render so nice? it looks like a plastic model!

its easy man!
all i have on there is a basic material with the gloss and spec shoved up a bit.
then i add a skylight and turn on light tracer with default settings.
thats all!

hey, that looks cool man!
I only have the one crit... the side armor doesn't seem to fit the rest of the tank quite right at the front.

ok heres an other angle with more detail on top and some other bits.
I've just made gun for the turret, what do you think? i'm not too sure about it....

the kinky lies within the glorious GI! and also when i come to animate it :buttrock:
the texturing is gonna be hard cos i suck at texturing!! u see!:wavey:
uhm what is this about 'sexy' things?
i cant think of many sexy things a tank can do
