How can i import Autocad file into MAX and extrude that ? I want to work on cad file like editable poly. Plz see the attachment . It will help u to understand my question.

Import, convert to spline, extrude and convert into editable poly. Don't see any problem.

You might find the autocad splines are a bit moody when they com einto max - you may have to mess about with them and weld verts and stuff.
