Big fan of yours, since way back in the WhiteWolf days. What process did you use for this illo?

I like the fact that I actually see a person there, and not just crazy artwork.. Jacen Solo is also my favorite character, and I like the way you show him all mysterious and determined, even at such young age. I so much wish you did sketches inside the book too!

CGriffin---> White wolf... that's cool that you remember me from those days. Been awhile since I have worked for them, but enjoyed illustrating those Vampires. The process for this cover is not different than my work for White Wolf... rough up a sketch, take a photo for ref, and paint away endlessly. In addition I use a number of different textures to add noise to the backdrop.

wow, i didn't know you did all those books! i just started reading star wars books recently, and i'm not hardcore, but i didn't even know the next book would be "Sacrifice", i thought it was gonna be "Inferno".
