for the texture i use 1024x1024 for the body and 512x 512 for the face. as for T-mac everything is on one 1024x1024 map.
as for the poly count, tmac is 5944 tris, the total for the souldier is 12025 tris ( body 6830/ iteams 5195 ) for the female the total is 9197 tris.

I'm lovin the model and also the texture, this kind of work always gives me inspiration...I have a question though, regarding the hair shadow of the last character, do you baked the shadow into the texture?
