i'm doing this pipe to hold a compass in a "vessel", but strange thing... whenever i try to do a matrix extrude on this pipe the damn thing instead of rotating in one vector direction, he goes in a double vector direction, whatever the angle or the extrusion... 1st i thought it was an error so i've restarted r10 and new scene and it still does that

why it does that? i'm trying to rotate him up and dont have a clue for why this behavior, i even tried to center axis to normals, object or world and nothing

please help if you can!!

now the axis is acting weird.... the axis is an axis whatever its going on it should be 90º between bands all times....

does anyone has any idea why?

btw... i figured out that the 1st problem was because it was a 8 point based shape, now i switched to 4 point based shape its not going to be as rounded and on top of that there's this problem
