View Full Version : Can Mac AE7 export a WMV?

Quick question.

When the CS3 Universial binary apps come out, I'm thinking of making the switch to a mac. i really love my WMV HD ecoding out of AE7 though, I get the best quality-filesize. My question is... can AE7 on a mac export to WMV? Or can I get an add-on to do it easily?

No. MS never updated the WM libraries for Mac beyond WM 7. If you want WMV on a Mac, you need Flip4Mac. It has some limitations for obvious reasons, but should do the trick.
