Wassup, peeps. This is my first completed 3d character model. He's a character of my original design and I am very proud of what ive done with this model considering i was only studying 3d for a few months when i completed him. I realize that my textures arent the best compared to what ive seen around this website but then again photorealism wasnt my aim for this character. Please critique

That is a very nice model from your first experiance with modeling a character in 3d, even if it was only a few months. I haven't used Maya yet beyond a bit of experimenting and it seems a lot more somplicated than 3dmax. So for me it's even that much more of a good accomplishment. Nice job! Keep up the good work.

I can't really give you any critiques of your character, since its kind of hard to see his details. Also, the background is a bit on the generic side. Do you have wireframes/turnarounds of your character that we can critique?
