hi, this is my latest project.

Been working on this on a off for about a month, when ever i got the urge. its really more of a lesson in lighting and rendering as i could never seem to get a good realistic render, i think im nearly there, but any more help would be great.

I like the transition from skull to horn,that`s well done.
I think your skin shader is too waxy looking,mabey tweak the sss settings.
Mabey also use the FFD on the head area , it needs a little re-shaping in areas.
Mainly the forehead .Try to find a skull refference to reshape.
Unless your going for a stylized look,then ignore my last part:)

I guess we should be praising this, atleast in comparison to you last work right?

Maybe a little less SSS, and the textures seem a bland in some areas, and overly strong in others. But as I said, its progress since last time :scream:

brentagain : Thanks i wasn't going for the stylised look, and i know what your say,as ive been wondering what to do this that area, i may tweak alittle in ZB with a more klingon type look.. The sss shader needs alittle tweaking too, there is no Spec map on the model which i really should get around to doing... thanks for the crits mate
