Title: A Brigadier Bot
Name: Jean-Sébastien Guillemette
Country: Canada
Software: Blender, Photoshop

This image was inspired by a sketch from Andrew Ley. The bot ended up looking not so like the sketch, but I feel it's important to give my source of inspiration for this piece.

It was modelled, textured and rendered in Blender3d and then opened in Photoshop to composite the mech with a photograph.

C&C are very welcome!

always happy to see blender work from Canadians.

You could probably change up the burning oil (i think its oil) in the background alittle... its too focused to be in the background. i'd probably just run a light gaussian blur on the oilfield. see what it looks like.

cheers.

(i'm from saskatchewan)

Great bot! I love the backround. Is it modeled or a pic? If its modeled i would love to know how!
