View Full Version : Have a problem snapping vertex to grid

When I worked on Maya 4.0. I found it pretty cool how you can take a random amount of vertexes and while holding "X" you can snap them all onto the same grid line. Made it much faster then having to align them individually.

BUT, with Maya 4.5 I can't do that anymore. When i grab like 5 random vertexes it seems to snap to the grib, but really all they do is shift over and keep the same distance between each other as before. The only way I can do this now is take each individual vertex and snap them on one by one. It's a hassle:shrug:

Can anybody help me out?

Well i kind of figured it out myself. Just double click on the move tool and set it to world instead of local, I think.
