Actually they're not 64-bit only, indeed most of them are not, very few people actually use 64 bit Windows yet. Rhino (and probably Vray too) runs just fine under XP-64 though there is not yet a 64-bit specific version, there will be at some point.

... you trying to tell me that Rhino3 ( for example ) work on 64 bites ?

Pretty much all 32-bit programs work on XP-64, at more or less the same speed as on XP.
