I have a geforece4 ti4600 and i was wondering if anyone knew of a hack that would give me the "hardware overlay" option. I hacked my old geforce2 with the softquad and the option appeared in my advanced opengl options.. I know this is the 'professional' option and thats why it showed up after the quad hack and riva tuner. I dont think this will work with the geforce4 and all i really need is to enable hardware overlays, nothing else. I use Maya and the there is a Red indicator line showing the current time in the graph editor.. well, without harware overlay option it is gray.. Any help would be much appreciated...

Thanks in advance,

I think the latest quadro's cards have hardware overlays on them, wereas previous ones didnt, they only implemented them in the driver set. Some people have said you can still hack a geforce4 into a quadro, others say it cant be done.

Time will tell on this one.

I heard someone who already hacked a Geforce4 into a Quadro4 successfully. you can refer to this document:
