I like how you suggested the volume of the face with the soft shadows and highlights.
Check the eyelashes, however. They are too short, thin and possibly too numerous, in both eyes. The iris shape in the second eye is a little weird too.

Agreed, there is progress and i like the mood and the color i think if you try to worm the color a little bit would be nice ( personal tact ) although i see the last image in the mid of the eye
why you have make that shift ( it look hostel to me ) it would be nice if you tell us about your concept & idea ?
