A Monster concept design for a upcoming game project that will have a post-apocalyptic theme with alot of critters much like this one.
My inital comment on the beast is that the left side is the crazed one and the right side is more the brains in the team, but both of them sure seam to have a pretty agressive temperature.

i guess a big minor of haveing two heads (with metal teeth) is - you can loose your penis while you cutting someone's forearm with chain saw
