We should have an Illustrator forum so I can have a place to complain about how clunky it is.
Speaking of which, what is the deal with the direct select tool? Why does it share all this functionality with the select tool? Don't you think it should behave more like component mode in 3d. Aftereffects has this problem too. It is so hard to deal with curves in these programs because the direct select tool is badly designed, it deals with objects as well as their components. It should just deal with their components. Does anyone else have this problem?
Anyway we could also just have an adobe forum since all the apps are pretty similar and are designed to work together and have alot of overlap.
