this is meant for reference while modeling, right? I know this is your first modeling attempt, but these are just spheres intersecting.
If it is reference, its interesting, well placed proportions for the chest, and cool little legs. keep at it.

I don't know, I quite like it.
With some nice texturing etc, it could look very cool.

Actually, these are not spheres, they're zshperes, and it is my model..
I'm using a program called zbrush (http://www.zbrush.com) , a very nice 3d modeling program that is different from your mainstream modelers...
I'm glad you like the legs, though...

oh yeah. I tried zbrush once. didnt get it, so I dropped it. brave attempt. the chest and the spine are what I like most

Tomorrow I will be working on those wings, hopefully...
Actually that looking pretty promising for a first try. I´ve been dabbling some with Z myself and i´m stunned by the power of Zspheres. Everyone not familiar with em owe themselves to check it.
