Hi I'm using wings again and I was wondering how to delete one half of say a box ??? then merge it because I already know how to mirror and stuff I just want to know how to put both the sides to together when I'm done

Could you explain your question a bit more?

If you have a cube, cut down the middle and Virtual Mirrored across Z. When you're done modeling, you can break the virtual mirror, leaving you with half of a model. Then, you can select the cross-section face in the center and use a "Mirror" operation to give you a full model. Also, if you export an OBJ with virtual mirror on, it will include the mirrored geometry as part of the model (which is nice).

or use Tools menu -> Virtual Mirror -> Freeze
