View Full Version : Xpresso rotation
madmac66 01-03-2007, 10:37 PM I need desperate help creating an Xpresso function. I have a turntable (a large disc) with 2 smaller discs opposite each other on the circumfrence of the turntable. What I want to do is keep the 2 smaller discs facing the camera by rotating them counter to the rotation of the turntable. I could keyframe this but figured it would be a fairly simple (relatively) Xpresso learning experience. Its about time.
Any help in setting up this would be really appreciated.

No special xpresso should be needed.
Animate you main disc.
Place you sub discs where you want them as childern of the maindisc.
Add a TargetTag to each sub disc and disable "Pitch". Drop your camera as the Target into the Tags.
