Title: MS-18E kampfer ("kaempfer" being German for "fighter" or "champion")
Name: SiMin Jin
Country: China
Software: Maya, mental ray

hi, everyone:

I'm a gundam fan and this is the mobile suit which appeared in the animation Gundam 0080 "war in the pocket".

Created completely in Maya according to the Master Grade plastic model instruction manual, but the pictures available are very limited. The irregular curve and surface caused me suffering for quite some times.
The whole model used 184000 polygons and were untextured yet but the UVlayout was completed. Preparing to paint it with weathering texture.

Hope you will like it.

Nice looking Kampfer!! It looks good now, but I think it'll look even better once you've textured it.

Great Job!

of course yes.(look for attach files)

but,in fact, i think i used too many polygons...it can be less:)
