Our class assignment is to create a 500poly articulated character. I sat down to work on it tonight and I think I'm finished now. It was tough to make the 500poly cut though, there's some very low poly areas.

What class is it you're taking? and was it merely a practice into managing poly counts when modeling?

cos i would have thought that in this day and age... you could get away with atleast 3 times the amount of polys in a character...

it's difficult to see where you've used all those polys.. if you can give us a wireframe? then i might be able to crit more..

nice to see you spent time on the textures:surprised

overall.. not too bad :thumbsup:

It's a class on video game characters actually. So imagine a lot more skeleton warriors at once :D

Yeah, this is the lowest poly assignment we have. I'll get a wireframe up soon.
