I like the Body- and Headmovement. But the Hands seem to say something different as the rest of the body.
Maybe the character should point on himself when he says "I'm your captain" and later on he could point on the one he talks to when he talks about him.

At the moment the animation and the text don't fit for me.

You have some nice stuff there. I would agree about the hands. One thing that might work better is, right now he clenches his fists down on "as". It might work better if it were on "idiot" instead. Also the face could accent there as well, right now he's looking down when he says that. Just some thoughts. Cheers
