Hi everyone,

I once more need your help. For my current student project I want to animate a Rhino and I want it to look very realistic. My Idea of how to do it sounds like that

low poly modeling in Softimage XSI (software is a must)
create high poly look in Z Brush
Rigging and Animation in XSI (must be)

I want to set up the bones very close to the actual anatomy of the animal. Anatomy is not the problem, animation is.

I have a lot of footage (pictures and DVDs) with Rhinos that give me the idea of how they move in life but none of them show me a walkcycle I can set up my rig to. None of the Rhinos want to move in a straight line across the screen

What I'm looking for is just a sideview animation cycle when walking and maybee when running. I know that in the early 19th or 20th Century a few walkcycles have been made for the first time with horses to study their movement. Something like that would be perfect!

Next to perfect would be a name of a movie that shows a lot of Rhinos moving in the wanted manner. I already have

- Hatari
- an IMAX dokumentary of Africa

thanks in advance
