unfortunutly no my Windows XP fully support Asian lanugae and middle east! i have photoshop me (middle east) that support arabic! i'v looked into adobe ME products most of them have ME version but sadly After Effects is not included! its too bad! i was hoping to use the text animation preset on arabic fonts! but as i said! the arabic letters dont work right only by useing cliped curve of thte letters from supported cs2 me and apply it on a solid, in witch will not allow me to use the Animation preset for text :\

i think u need to search about elrasaam pro in the arabic forum & set it in ur pc
after that u just write the letter & move the mouse back & write the next letter & do it again
& do it again & again & so on
note make sure that u apply the rassam font`s
