It looks good. A good example of rendering non speres and teapots with VRay. I like the DOF and the floor. The only think I don't like are the pencils, and the metal shader on the tables. All other is great.

it looks pretty good, although there is room for improvement:
1. the metal surfaces seem to be 100% reflective, they don't have any properties of their own. Real metals are rarely like this.
2. A lot of the edges look like they could use beveling.
3. there is a fade to black, and then fade back in right in the middle of a pan of the room, yet it is still the same scene after the trasition...why?
4. There is some strange artifacting on the tape deck, as if you have some geometry intersection there and it can't decide which one to put on top.
5. The bump map on the wood floor is too much when you start getting specular hits on it. It looks almost like sandpaper.
The light DOF works great, it dosn't seem to strong to me.
and the images are so low res :(

@stephen2002
1.yeah the metal is too reflective i agree...i don't know where i was thinking...
2.beveling indeed needed :p
3.there is no transition there...it's just a pilon who's passing in front of the camera  causing the animation go black...
4.i haven't noticed the artefacts...
5.the bump i think it's ok...i realy like that bump :buttrock:
neu, the pencils suck i agree...they were added in rush...i'll give more attention to them next time.
that's all for now...
thanks again for sugestions..i'll look into it.
I see some textures stranger (pencils colors are too satured), but I love the animation and the atmosphere.
What method used in vray to made this animation (Direct computation, irradiance...).
I love the music of the animation too, :buttrock:

i used irradiance map
GI rate: -3/-1
Color threshold 0.2
Normal threshold 0.2
Distance threshold 0.3
Hemispheric subdivs 25
Interpolation samples 20
that worked for me...but depends from scene to scene...
the music is a remix of crawling ( linkin park ) :airguitar
