I used 3ds max for modelling and render with mental ray. fur is standart hair and fur modifer of max9. and finally I used pshop for grain and contrast. comments are welcome

Good job!!! but your lighting not reality!

thanks.there is an ampule and candle in this room.so, the source of lighting and shadows are not only from candle.
