Here is the first of what’s going to be many attempts at getting a job at EA sports as an artist. This high poly model is not ment for in game use, it was more of a study of the way the shoulder pads and uniform fit over the human body. I’m now working on a low polygon model of Ricky Williams. All criticisms welcomed.

nice model, one prob though, when i played football, my crotch area didnt seem to be so far up like that and lookin like i was "happy" to see other players in pads, so maybe make that area lower? just a suggestion.

what EA office were you thinking of applying too? im trying to apply to work at the one in Maitland, FL, but im gonna be a game tester due to age and requirements for the modelling/texturing jobs there.

It really looks good! I think he's elbow has disepeared? Looks a little bit wierd, but I ain't the master of anatomy. And I'm really happy I don't have muscles that make me look lika a buldozer :D I hope you get a job over there, good work! Cheers! :beer:

Yeah... the crotch area looks a little funny, I'm gonna fix it and post a new image, I think that the legs need a little work to. Thanks for the Feedback! :)

EA tiburon is in Central Florida wich is where I live, its not that I don't wanna work anywhere else but as far as I know its the only gaming company in the south east. Not sure about moving to California yet. Don't want to move to Canada. I would consider texas or anywhere in the south east. Im not stuck on sports games either. I would love to work on any game, but tiburon is local and they do sports games so thats why I modeled this.

hey jellybean , u get my email? u wrote me a while ago and i replied to ur aol name, and there are more gaming companys in the south east, a friend of mine at tiburon was tellin me the other day.
