CGTalk - maya 4 -> maya 4.5, icons don't work?

I switched from maya 4.0 to maya 4.5, but now all my custom icons from my custom shelves don't work?!

If I try to select my xpm it says: error: no valid icon

the same if I try to use bmps

so what format do I have to use?

Rename the icons, dont ask why or what coss I dont know;)
