hi,

im new to softimage and have a little problem with a dual monitor setup.
as soon as i open xsi 3 , it expands to both of my screens. if i minimize it certain ui elements disappear.
so, how can i setup a dual monitor xsi , which acts like my maya setup. 1 screen for application and 1 screen for editors , like in the picture
...so when i maximize perspective view, it gets maximized on one screen .... not across both screens.

drag and drop the layout of graham d clark. It contians not only but many many layouts for dual screen. Then try out a few:

also have a look at www.edharriss.com, he has a huge amount of layouts.
