Here is a Subd character that I'm working on in Maya.

My todo list:

-ears
-hair
-figure out how to make pockets (texturing subd's is no fun)
-figure out how to create a seam in the cloth w/o refine the edges too much.

is it me or did you attach an image. if not, i think you might want to. Iunno for sure. this might be one of those no picture jokes. hah! heeee.
