Why in misss_fast_skin shader in maya 8 gets rendered darker than the other shaders,in the parts lighted by final gather?
on the left there is an object with mib_illum_lambert with ambience and ambient turned to black,the diffuse color is a pink-yellow colour.The object on the right has a misss_fast_skin with all the sss layers turned to black and only the diffuse layer with the same colour of the lambert.The diffuse value is 1.In the lightmap options i turned on the "use indirect lighting" option an this is the result.The shader is darker only on the indirect lighted parts,infact the parts hit by the area light are overexposed...i get the same result even if i use sss layers too..
i didn't get this problem with maya 7 sss shader....
