I keep getting a message saying it has been downloaded to many times. Got any place else you can put it up at?

Ok the first thing I noticed was that the feet seem to move on their own, especially the tips of the toes seem floppy at times. And the heel will go up once while it is dragging back then back down before it finally lifts off the ground.
Its a really good start, the basis of his movements seem very rigid, which you can tweak with curves and timing and what not. Its a great start. Keep it up and let us know when you update it!
Your walk cycle needs more rotation in the hips. I think that there is no rotation in the hips.
Also add overlapping to the head so it doesn't look rigid. I almost forget that you need to overlap the forearm and the hand. In the contact position the front leg should have the knee straight, the same for the leg in the ground in the highest position of the walk.
